abbor +‎ fisker, first part from Old Danish aghborre (perch) and Old Swedish aghborre, aborre (perch), the beginning of the word comes from Proto-Indo-European *h₂eḱ- (sharp, pointed) + the end of the word comes from Old Norse borrablað, from Proto-Germanic *burzô. Last part from Old Norse fiskari, from Proto-Germanic *fiskārijaz (fisher), from both *fiskaz (fish), from Proto-Indo-European *peysk- (fish), possibly from *peh₂- (to feed, to guard, to nourish) + and from *-ārijaz (-er).
