time parameter (plural time parameters)

  1. (computing, software) A function used to specify the maximum CPU utilization time permitted for the job to execute.
  2. (programming) A parameter that represents time.
  3. (mathematics) A value that represents the amount of time that has elapsed in a mathematical model of a process.
