Uncomparable or superlative?[edit]

I'm not familiar with this term, but if it really is just an alternative spelling of double-plus-good, then it is uncomparable and should therefore not be in Category:English non-lemma forms or Category:English superlative adjectives. Unless I'm unaware of a convention to limit the categories listed for alternative forms, it should also be in Category:English lemmas, Category:English adjectives, Category:English uncomparable adjectives, and Category:English terms derived from Nineteen Eighty-Four - excarnateSojourner (talk | contrib) 21:46, 17 September 2022 (UTC)Reply

I agree, it isn't an English superlative since it can't convey comparison ("the best runner was John" vs. "the ++good runner was John"—the latter is just "very good"). I've swapped the head. —Al-Muqanna المقنع (talk) 21:57, 31 December 2022 (UTC)Reply
