Middle Persian etymology 𐭫𐭣𐭭𐭤‎ (im, “this”)

[edit]

@Karaeng Matoaya The etymology given for this word includes 'Middle Persian 𐭫𐭣𐭭𐭤‎ (im, “this”)'. I'm no expert in Middle Persian or Inscriptional Pahlavi, but just looking up the letters 𐭫𐭣𐭭𐭤‎, they seem to have no relation to 'im'. Instead, these letters would be transcribed as something like "ldnh" or "rjnh". Is this some kind of logogram/heterogram? Can a source be cited for this etymology?
