'Can be analyzed as a singulative noun, from لَيْل '[edit]
Hi, this is the only entry which shows the singulative on a different one, although most grammars state it's actually the singulative. I'd like to know the reason for it, and whether most entries should be merged to avoid confusion. Thanks in advance. --Backinstadiums (talk) 09:41, 1 February 2017 (UTC)
- I can't understand your English. What does "on a different one" mean? ليلة is a singulative, so it is not unusual that most grammars agree. Why should entries be merged? Merged with what? What is confusing? —Stephen (Talk) 05:18, 2 February 2017 (UTC)
