@Leasnam I edited some MHG entries a few weeks back and the template automatically removed umlaut from the lemma forms. I don't know if it was a glitch or what, but it definitely did. So that's why I was confused. I don't mind either way, but what I find a bit problematic is that we make a difference between Middle High German (with umlaut) and Middle Low German (without). In both languages, umlaut was sometimes indicated, often not. Upper German texts indicate it a bit more often, but Central German ones show it just as seldom as Low German ones. So both languages should be treated the same way in my opinion. 92.218.236.219 20:03, 18 February 2023 (UTC)
