2 The present participle. none
3 The past participle and first-/third-person singular past indicative. However if 4 is specified with a different value to 3, 3 denotes the first-/third-person singular past indicative, while 4 denotes the past participle. none

Examples

[edit]

At slepen#Middle English, this:

{{enm-verb|stem=slep}}

produces this:

slepen (third-person singular simple present slepeth, present participle slepende, slepynge, first-/third-person singular past indicative and past participle sleped)

At speken#Middle English, this:

{{enm-verb|speketh|spekynge|spak|speken}}

produces this:

speken (third-person singular simple present speketh, present participle spekynge, first-/third-person singular past indicative spak, past participle speken)

(stem is not required in this case, because the individual forms are specified explicitly).
