     Masur-dannelsen er arvelig og kendes i birk, bøg, eg og valnød (eg og valnød dog ikke i Danmark), men kan sikkert også findes i andre arter.

     The burl formation is heritable and is found in birch, beech, oak and walnut (although not oaks and walnuts in Denmark), but can probably also be found in other species.
